  • MANAGING PRINCIPAL

    Dritton brings more than 17 years of dedicated transfer pricing experience, having worked across Australia as a Big 4 APAC Leader and in-house TP manager for two of Australia’s largest multinationals.

    He has a special interest in transfer pricing funding and intangibles, and previously led Australia and Asia on PwC’s Global financial transactions leadership team. Dritton also oversaw the intangibles and innovation TP strategy while working in-house with a large Australian multinational.

    Ben has nearly 30 years in transfer pricing, international trade and value chain analysis experience.

    Ben was a partner in global tax and trade for a big four firm. More recently he has focused on leveraging agentic AI to develop platform solutions for supply chain analysis centred on modern slavery and value capture.

    Ruth’s 21 years of transfer pricing experience stretches the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, having held senior roles both at PwC and in-house with Rio Tinto. From her background in mathematics and physics, Ruth brings a unique analytical approach that captures the numerical and economic dynamics of related party transactions.

    Jake’s expertise in international tax and transfer pricing spans 15 years, having worked across Australia and the USA. His career includes senior roles at PwC and a mid-tier consultancy, where he led the national transfer pricing practice. His extensive background brings valuable insights to TP Benchmark.

  • SENIOR ADVISOR - Former ATO Commissioner

    Brad spent over 30 years with the ATO, where he rose to Assistant Commissioner and a delegated Competent Authority. His role spanned audit, investigation and senior leadership roles including membership of the Public Groups & International executive.

    Brad was responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of domestic and cross-border tax risk in Australia’s large-market segment, and has significant experience settling bilateral disputes, including some of Australia's largest transfer-pricing disputes.

  • SENIOR ADVISOR

    Dave began his transfer pricing career in 2000 and went on to become the global lead partner for PwC’s Market Value Direct practice. In this role, he focused on the valuation of risk, derivatives, and fixed-income securities, working with PwC’s Australian and UK practices, before retiring from the PwC partnership in 2018.

    Dave’s experience in risk valuation is particularly relevant given the heightened focus on risk in transfer pricing analyses.

    • Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law

    • Earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter

  • OPERATIONS MANAGER

    In her role as operations manager, Nicole focuses on resource and practice management. Nicole is a qualified accountant and lawyer.

    Nicole joined TP Benchmark after over 15 years with PwC in client facing consulting, and practice management roles.
